Through the contact form and WhatsApp messages we may receive: your name, phone number, email, the property’s location and the content of your message. We do not request bank card or payment details through the website.
Your data is used solely to reply to your enquiry, assess the property and, with your consent, prepare a property management proposal. We do not use it for marketing communications without separate consent.
Processing is based on your consent, given when you fill in the form or contact us on WhatsApp (Art. 6(1)(a) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679, GDPR) and, if a management agreement is signed, on the performance of that agreement (Art. 6(1)(b)).
Data is kept for as long as needed to reply to your enquiry and, if an agreement is signed, for its duration and any further period required by law to meet tax and accounting obligations.
We do not sell or share your data with third parties for commercial purposes. Data may be processed by technical service providers (for example, our web host or WhatsApp Business), acting as data processors under applicable law. If you accept analytics cookies, Google Ireland Ltd. processes browsing data with your IP address anonymised to produce website usage statistics (Google Analytics).
If you contact us on WhatsApp, some data is processed by Meta Platforms, Inc. (owner of WhatsApp), including outside the European Economic Area. Such transfers take place under WhatsApp’s own privacy policy and the safeguards provided by law for international transfers (for example, the EU Standard Contractual Clauses).
You may at any time exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection by sending a request to the email above. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es) if you believe your rights have been infringed.
We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data against unauthorised access, loss or alteration.
